Most T20I runs for India: Virat Kohli played a rather cautious innings of 24 runs off 24 balls with one six. It was a great knock as per his standards, but with this, he went past the Indian captain, Rohit Sharma. Virat is now the leading scorer in T20Is for India with 4066 runs. Rohit has 4050 runs in T20Is. Babar Azam is at the top with 4145 runs.
3rd Longest winning Streak in T20Is: With a win against Afghanistan, India registered their 8th win on the trot. This is now the third longest winning streak for Team India in the shorter format.
