1st Hat-trick for ENG in T20Is: Chris Jordan took the hat-trick in his last over. With this, he became the first English bowler to take a hat-trick in the shoter format. He also became the ninth bowler overall to take a hat-trick in the T20 World Cup.

5 Wickets without adding a run: At one stage, the USA were 115/5, but then they lost their next five wickets without adding a single run on the board. This is only the first instance in T20 World Cups and third in overall T20Is when a team loses five wickets without a score.
